It is repetitive, it follows rules, and it lands on whoever has the time.
That combination is exactly what a tool is good at. When the rules are clear, a tool can do the reading and the entering every morning, in the same format, from the same source. When the rules run out, it flags the exception and waits for a person.

We build inside the software you already run, not as a separate platform sitting between your systems. The tool reads the same records your people read, writes entries a person approves, and produces the same output whether or not anyone watches it that day.
Every build starts with the audit. It looks at your actual back-office work and comes back with a number and a verdict, in writing. If a chore has more exceptions than rules, the verdict is do not build, and you keep the spec either way.

What is back-office automation?

Is this the same as RPA?
Not quite. RPA scripts clicks, replaying what a person does on screen, and it breaks when the screen changes. A tool with AI can read meaning, like an amount on an invoice or an order in an email, so it holds up when the format shifts. Some chores only need the script, and if that is what the audit finds, that is the verdict you get.
How do you keep it trustworthy?
