Integration is the plumbing between three things: the documents a business receives, the model that reads them, and the system of record that has to be updated. We build that path so a tool can take an order from an email, understand it, and draft the entry in your ERP for a person to approve.
It runs in your tenant, on your data, priced so the model does only the reading it has to and ordinary code does the rest. You get the monthly run cost in writing before we build.
The rebate-and-margin tool we run inside Kelsan, a multi-state distributor in our own group, works this way inside an Epicor P21 ERP, and it has surfaced the margin the manual rebate check was missing. If integration is not the right move for a given job, the audit says so before any build.
