AI Integration

Generative AI integration, wired into the software you already run

Most AI shows up as a chat window bolted onto the side of a business. It answers questions, and then someone still has to go do the work in the real system.

We do the opposite. We integrate AI into the software you already run, so it reads the same records your people read and writes the entries they would write, with a person approving anything that changes.

The call is free. If we both want to go further, the AI Capability Audit is $7,500, fixed.

01

Integrated, not bolted on

A chatbot lives outside your systems. It cannot see your orders, touch your ERP, or finish a task. Integration is what makes AI do real work: it connects the model to the records, the inbox, and the software where the work actually happens.

That is the difference between AI you talk to and AI that does something. We build the second kind.

02

Where the wiring goes

Integration is the plumbing between three things: the documents a business receives, the model that reads them, and the system of record that has to be updated. We build that path so a tool can take an order from an email, understand it, and draft the entry in your ERP for a person to approve.

It runs in your tenant, on your data, priced so the model does only the reading it has to and ordinary code does the rest. You get the monthly run cost in writing before we build.

The rebate-and-margin tool we run inside Kelsan, a multi-state distributor in our own group, works this way inside an Epicor P21 ERP, and it has recovered over $100,000 in margin the manual process was missing. If integration is not the right move for a given job, the audit says so before any build.

Scope

What integration connects

  • Your ERP or accounting system, so the tool reads and writes the same records your team does.

  • The inbox and shared drives where orders, invoices, and contracts arrive.

  • The model, called only for the reading it is actually needed for, to keep running cost low.

  • A human sign-off step, so nothing writes to a record without approval.

FAQ

Questions

What are generative AI integration services?

The work of connecting an AI model to the software a business already runs, so it can read real documents and update real records instead of just answering questions in a chat window. We build the integration inside your systems, in your tenant, with a person approving anything that changes a record.

How is this different from using ChatGPT at work?

A chat tool sits outside your systems and gives a person an answer to copy somewhere. An integration gives the model access to the actual records, so the work gets finished in the system where it lives. One saves a person some typing; the other removes the task.

Do you build this into our existing software?

Yes. We build inside the ERP, accounting system, and inbox you already run, not as a separate platform you rent. You keep what we build, and it runs in your tenant on your data.
