The model is one part, not the whole thing
A common mistake is to route everything through the model and pay for it. We do the opposite. The model handles only the sliver that genuinely needs reading or judgment, and plain code handles the fetching, the writing, the checks, and the schedule.
That is what keeps a generative-AI system affordable to run and reliable enough to trust. It also means the cost is predictable, and we put the monthly usage number in writing before a build starts.
