Revenue Automation

Outbound where the research is automated and the sending is not

Outbound goes bad when it gets fast. The list gets bought, one email goes to everyone on it, and a thin reply rate becomes the argument for sending more. That is a volume habit wearing the clothes of a sales strategy.

We run outbound for our own companies with a system that automates the research rather than the sending. It reads what a prospect actually does, drafts a first message about their business, and puts it in front of a person who decides whether it goes at all.

Prospector

Researches prospects and writes the first outreach, one person reviews.

01

The research is the work

Anyone can send a thousand emails. Knowing what to say to one of them is the hard part.

A first touch worth reading needs something true and specific: what the company sells, what changed there recently, which systems they are likely running, who actually owns the problem. By hand it takes long enough that in practice it does not happen, and the message falls back to a template.

The system does that reading for every name on the list before a word is drafted. Where it cannot find a real reason to reach out, the prospect is dropped instead of mailed.

02

A person sends, every time

Every message waits in a queue until a person with their name on it approves the send.

Every message stays a draft until someone approves it. The reviewer sees the research beside the copy, so the check is quick and the edits are the ones that matter. Nothing leaves on a schedule that no one read.

That is not only a matter of taste. Your domain reputation and your name both depend on the fact that a person looked at the message first.

03

What it will not do

It does not scrape whatever it can find and call the result a lead list. It does not pretend to be a person on a call. It does not run a nine-touch sequence at someone who already said no. Replies arrive in a human inbox, and from the first answer the conversation is yours.

Scope

What the outbound system covers

  • Prospect research

Each company read before anything is written, not after a reply.

  • List qualification

Names with no real reason to contact are dropped rather than mailed.

  • First-touch drafts

A message about their business instead of a merge field.

  • Review queue

Every draft approved or edited by a person before it sends.

  • Reply routing

Answers land in a human inbox and stay there.

  • Campaign records

What was sent, to whom, and what came back, kept in one place.

FAQ

Questions

What is AI outbound sales?

Outbound where software does the research and the first draft and a person decides whether to send. The AI reads the prospect and writes. It does not own the relationship and it does not press send.

Is this an AI SDR that replaces a rep?

No. It removes the reading in front of each message, not the person behind it. A rep using it covers more ground without sending anything they would be embarrassed to sign.

Will prospects be able to tell AI wrote it?

They will be able to tell someone read their website, because someone did. Generic AI outreach gives itself away for the same reason generic human outreach does: it says nothing specific.

What about deliverability and opt-outs?

Volume stays at the level a human review can keep up with, which happens to be the level a sending domain stays healthy at. Suppression and opt-outs live in the system, not in someone’s memory.
